We offer friendly support to all UoW students of the regulations and processes of:

- Academic Appeals
- Academic Misconduct
- Student Complaints
- Disciplinary procedures
- Advice on the Mitigating Circumstances procedures
- and guidance on accessing university services

We provide advice by email, via MS Teams or over the phone appointments

During term time, UWSU Advice Service operates between Monday - Friday.
During summer months, UWSU Advice Service operates between Monday - Thursday.
